Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. This policy explains how billing works and how to cancel. For refunds on a charge that has already been made, please also see our Refund Policy.

The Reading Room by John Ross Subscription

Your subscription to The Reading Room by John Ross starts with 30 days free. If you do not cancel before your free trial ends, your payment method will be charged $19.99, and then $19.99 each month after that. Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely and charged at the start of each billing period.

You can cancel at any time before your next charge, and if you cancel during your 30 days free, you will not be charged at all. There are two easy ways to do it:

• On our website: log in to your account and manage your subscription there.
• By email: contact us at support@faithsprout.store and we will take care of it for you.

Once you cancel, you will not be charged again.

One-Time Purchases (Physical Products)

If you have ordered a physical product that has not shipped yet, contact us at support@faithsprout.store and we will cancel it for you. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please see our Refund Policy for available options.
