✦ OUR STORY

Most Christians aren't struggling with faith.
They're missing the roots.

FaithSprout was born out of a simple but painful discovery: most Christians aren't struggling with the Bible because their faith is weak. They're struggling because nobody ever gave them the roots.

After years of watching sincere, devoted believers quietly abandon half their Bible — skipping Leviticus, dreading Numbers, closing the Old Testament because the God on those pages didn't seem to match the God they prayed to — we asked a hard question: what if the problem isn't the reader? What if it's the method?

FaithSprout exists to fix that. Not with another reading plan that turns faith into a checklist. Not with another dense commentary that makes you feel like you need a seminary degree. But with something simpler: the roots. The background behind each of the 66 books — who wrote it, when, why, and what was happening in that ancient world — planted into plain language that anyone can understand in under five minutes.

We serve believers across every denomination and tradition. Our only allegiance is to the whole counsel of God's Word — and to helping you actually understand it.

The Bible is not one book. It's a library of 66 ancient texts, written across thousands of years, in languages and cultures completely foreign to the modern world. Reading it without historical and cultural context isn't a faith problem — it's a comprehension problem. And it's one that's been quietly driving good people away from Scripture for generations.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Statement of Faith

Published openly so you know exactly where we stand. Every FaithSprout product is built on this foundation — traditional, biblically grounded, and committed to the whole counsel of Scripture.

I

The Holy Scripture

We believe the Bible — both the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. It is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21). We are committed to the whole counsel of God and do not teach or endorse any material that contradicts, undermines, or redefines the plain teaching of Scripture.

II

The Nature of God

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three co-equal Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Each Person is fully God, distinct in role, yet one in essence, will, and nature (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Deuteronomy 6:4).

III

The Person and Work of Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified as the atoning sacrifice for the sins of all who believe, was bodily raised from the dead on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return in glory to judge the living and the dead (John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11).

IV

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone — not by human effort, merit, or works of the law (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 3:23–24; Titus 3:5). Genuine saving faith will produce fruit consistent with repentance, but that fruit is never the basis of justification before God.

V

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer at the moment of salvation, convicts the world of sin, and guides, empowers, and sanctifies the believer throughout their walk with Christ (John 16:8; Romans 8:9–11; Galatians 5:22–23).

VI

The Church

We believe in the universal Church — the body of Christ — composed of all who have genuinely trusted in Jesus as Lord and Savior. We are committed to serving believers across denominational lines without allegiance to any single tradition or denomination, recognizing that our unity is in Christ and His Word.

VII

The Return of Christ

We believe in the personal, bodily, and visible return of Jesus Christ. We hold this conviction with confidence while remaining appropriately humble regarding the precise timing and sequence of end-time events.

VIII

Eternal Life and Eternal Judgment

We believe in the bodily resurrection of all people — the saved to eternal life in the presence of God, and the unsaved to eternal separation from God (John 5:28–29; Revelation 20:11–15).

Our materials are designed to help everyday Christians engage faithfully with the whole of Scripture — not to replace sound theological teaching, but to lower the practical and cognitive barriers that keep so many believers from God's Word. We are committed to pointing people toward the text itself, not away from it.

If you have any additional questions about our approach or theological commitments, please do not hesitate to reach out. We welcome the accountability.
